Mochoppo is a bubbling artist out of Miami, Florida that’s been immensely stepping up his game to show the world his larger-than-life style of rap. Mo has been on an evolutionary journey with his music while simultaneously moving around the world. The Russian-born Miami-native spent his teenage years living out in New York, instilling a love for music and the game from a young age. His latest visual release for “Disrespectful” is a literal movie. In less than a week, the video has already run up close to 140k views. This is over doubling his debut visuals that came out just 7 months prior.
His first time rapping was when he hopped on a homie’s beat at his spot out in little Haiti and Mo gave him a clean melody and delivery. This organic moment of unleashing fire lit a fire in Mo to go all-in. Growing up listening to artists like 50 Cent and Lil Wayne while surrounded by inner-city life, music was Mo’s salvation. Through music, he was able to stay away from all of the violence, drugs, and crime.

In his hot new visuals for “Disrespectful,” he’s actually lighting fires and flexing around Miami showing his more sinister side and darker city nights. It features booming production from Sam Lang and cinematic direction from Ace the Sheppard. “Disrespectful” immediately caught my attention. The track has the kind of sound that I know the younger crowd is vibing with right now.
In his previous and debut single “Choppo,” he was rocking an orange face mask and an orange M4 taking over the streets of LA repping Miami. With each release, Mochoppo is using shock-and-awe to show off his powerful presence and mixture of melodic and hard delivery.
From just two releases, Mochoppo has been already building a sizable wave in the South Florida scene. It’s apparent that he’s meant for this life and will undeniably level up even further with his forthcoming releases. Take a moment to check out the forerunner for Miami’s next hitmaker.
