Ekoh Drops “Mandalorian” Freeverse On Star Wars Day—May The Fourth Be With You

Las Vegas independent hip-hop artist Ekoh has delivered an excellent way to get into the May The Fourth spirit, by releasing his latest single “Mandalorian.” The Mandalorian was a hot topic a few months ago. Baby Yoda has provided us with high-quality memes and merchandise. Memes and merch are great, but what we really need is a song we can slap.

Comic-book and pop-culture references exist in almost every Ekoh song. A huge fan of Marvel and Star Wars. He seamlessly blends mentions over the beat. Previously releasing an Avengers: Endgame freeverse. You had to know that a Star Wars version was coming eventually.

The song features a flipped version of The Mandalorian theme. Ekoh starts off rapping about how previously uncool parts of culture have become popular. The song transitions into a Star Wars fan’s dream, complete with references to all your favorite characters. A perfectly balanced blend of hip-hop and Star Wars fan service. Its apparent Ekoh is a real Star Wars head as many of his bars delve into topics that are absent from the mainstream trilogies.

Be sure to check out his other music if you enjoy “Mandalorian.”
