One of my personal favorite up and coming Seattle artist, Mackned, comes through with a brand new project ‘Alice Glass.’ The producer/rapper delivers a trippy album from cover to beats and mixing but keeps a signature bounce throughout the whole project.
A lot of people are sleeping on Mack at the moment, he is lurking in the shadows of the Seattle super group Moorgang but has a distinct style that is nothing less than dope. As a producer I am a big fan of his production and his raps follow the same trippy/bounce feel that moves the track well. His last project Ned’s World caught my attention but Alice Glass is the progression you’d like to see, and did I mention the bounce in dudes music is ill? I’m feeling the whole project so instead of letting you know my favorite jams I’ll just say I feel “Alexis Texas” the least, but regardless this is about to go in my whip riiiiight now.
