“Testimony” – Youngboy Never Broke Again

To kick things off on a strong note, Youngboy Never Broke Again released a great song, “Testimony”. The song’s production is driven by a high-hat centric beat and is full of some great loops. It also includes a great vocal hook and some clever lines. With this track, Youngboy is setting himself up to continue to rise.

Brand New” – Tyga, YG & Lil Wayne

Tyga, YG and Lil Wayne released an incredible collaboration, “Brand New”. All three rappers have their moment to shine on the tune, staying in the pocket over a hardhitting beat. Overall, “Brand New” is a great modern hip-hop track, and it shouldn’t be slept on.

“Shake Yo Dreads”- Sexxy Red

Sexxy Red is back this week with another awesome track “Shake Yo Dreads”. She has been killing it recently releasing a bunch of great tunes. “Shake Yo Dreads” is a classic Sexxy Red song with a trap-influenced beat, a great hook and some hilarious lines.

“Guitar In My Room” – Lyrical Lemonade, Lil Durk & Kid Cudi

Another great collaboration released today is Lyrical Lemonade, Lil Durk and Kid Cudi’s “Guitar In My Room”. The song is fittingly drive by an acoustic guitar and both artists’ voices complement each other, making for a great tune.

“To the Bank” – Lil Wayne, Cool & Dre

Lil Wayne has definitely busy, with two features on our list this week. His new song “To the Bank” with Cool & Dre is another great collaboration. On top of great rapping and great lyrics, the song has a super unique production, with some incredible string samples over an amazing beat.

“Cha Cha Cha”- GloRilla & Fivio Foreign

GloRilla and Fivio Foreign also gave us some fire this week with “Cha Cha Cha”. The song is a take on the cha-cha slide with a GloRilla flavor, and an amazing verse from Fivio Foriegn. The production includes some nods at nursery rhymes with an ascending xylophone line incorporated into the hard-hitting beat.

“TRICKIN’” – DaBaby

Another great song released today is DaBaby’s “TRICKIN’”. The track is more rock-influenced than we are used to from DaBaby, with some great electric guitar lines. But DaBaby still gives us the hip-hop we crave from him with a great 808 beat as well.

“Psilocybin” – Peezy & BabyTran

Both Peezy and BabyTran are killing it on their new song “Psilocybin”. The tune is stocked full of great lyrics, and both rappers stay in the pocket over the fast beat. Production wise, the song includes a great piano loop, adding another element to the song. It is worth checking out!
