Got to sit down with Lil Ripp and Monee Klass members Rozay Rell and Rooga during a studio session a month back. We were working on a record with some of the EATT and Monee Klass fam for our next PDX Studio Files video at Studio Infinity in Portland, OR.
Lil Ripp has been on the rise in the Northwest music scene in the last year doing things the Monee Klass way. Without many features outside of his camp he has received a few cosigns from Northwest notables. With a marketable look and his music fitting right in with current hip-hop stars on the rise the future looks bright for Ripp. The young Tacoma rapper is musically talented and incredibly focused on success and getting there in more ways than just making words rhyme.
