It is time for the final review from The High Road out of Spokane, Washington on this review series presented by the West Coast Weed Tour. The strain I have to review is the Lemon Skunk a cross of two Skunk plants, that had lemon phenotypes.
This cut of Lemon Skunk is one I heard about at work from a co-worker way before I even knew I would ever write for High Road. He told me about big sticky buds with a lemony skunk and citrus smell that exploded out of the jar. Me being a big fan of sweet and citrus terpenes was hooked and I was immediately stoked to have received it from The High Road for review.
Breaking this nugs down it was definitely the stickiest weed I’ve had from them so far. The hit was a nice and skunky gassy taste that had lemon hits to it but not as citrusy as something like maybe super lemon haze. Still a great taste but overall I would say the Death Star had my favorite taste.
The was a nice solid in the middle kind of feel, a little buzzy but still able to chill and not feel to amped like sativa can get me feeling. The score was tough for me on this one but I ended landed on a 7.9, sounds stingy but that’s what I’m gonna do.
Overall my experience with The High Road was a very positive one. Definitely would recommend them to people I know especially if they want good weed without breaking the bank.
