If you’re looking for live EDM, Las Vegas is one of the best places to go. With literally dozens of spots, the EDM scene in Vegas is second-to-none. Whether you’re looking for top-flight DJs or mind-blowing light shows, Vegas is where it’s at.
Clubs specialize in creating a concert-like atmosphere making partygoers feel they are at a regional festival, not a downstairs nightclub. Certainly, Las Vegas has always been synonymous with style, and the EDM scene reflects that – stunning visuals and state-of-the-art light shows make Vegas the “Cirque du Soleil” of the electronic dance music world. Here are a few of our favorite picks of Las Vegas venues and clubs with live electronic music.
EDM Venues & Clubs in Las Vegas
Zouk Nightclub
At just over 25,000 square feet, Zouk is one of Las Vegas venues’ grandest and most technologically advanced clubs. It is also one of the newest, having opened in September 2021. The club’s trademark, multi-color, triple-beam light shows have garnered rave reviews online and provide “shock and awe” for the partygoers throughout the night.
Originally founded in South Asia, Zouk finally launched in the Western Hemisphere with globally recognized DJs headlining on stage. The club’s star-studded lineup includes DJ Snake, Duke Dumont, and Zedd, to name a few of their multi-year residents. However, as one may expect from the Asian pedigree, everything is top-notch at the Zouk, including pricing. Drinks and cover can significantly outpace other venues. However, the fine Asian cuisine featuring piquant dishes from Singapore and Malaysia justifies the financial outlay.
The venue boasts a fabulous open-air concert space called the Ayu DayClub and a once-a-week concept party called Moon Beam, which is definitely the place to be on a Sunday. All-in-all, Zouk is a high-end luxury experience not to be missed. Check them out on Las Vegas Blvd at Resorts World Las Vegas. See Zouk’s upcoming shows at zoukgrouplv.com.
XS Las Vegas
Continuing in the high-end vain, XS Las Vegas has one of the most sumptuous interiors of all local venues. A 40,000-foot facility with a sprawling dance floor, the walls and furniture are accented in gold leaf with sleek Art Deco curves on edge. Additionally, a grand, ornate chandelier rotates above party-goers, providing a focal point for the club’s luxurious look. Prices are high, but so is the talent. The venue boasts regular appearances by Marshmello, Alesso, Kygo, The Chainsmokers, Diplo, David Guetta, and many more.
Consistently rated one of the best nightclubs in the world, XS features a dazzling light show with a decidedly decadent outdoor space that includes relaxation tents, a terraced garden, and a neon-jeweled swimming pool accented by multiple lines of sleek, overhead lights.
Certainly, XS’s nighttime pool parties are not to be missed. So, bring a swimsuit if the weather is nice because head-bangers will be splashing the water under a world-class laser show. To view XS’s calendar, follow the link wynnlasvegas.com.
OMNIA Nightclub
Hakkasan Group’s Omnia Las Vegas in Caesar’s Palace takes showmanship to the extreme: eight concentric rings showcase club dancers, light shows, acrobats, and other performers, providing a dazzling background for the EDM dance floor. At 75,000 square feet, Omnia is one of the largest dance clubs among other Las Vegas venues. Additionally, the club features a massive four-story dome that soars over partygoers, as well as a glorious rooftop terrace that provides excellent food and stunning views over the Strip.
Certainly, Omnia is one of the more established venues in Las Vegas, having opened its doors in early 2015 with a star-studded lineup including leading DJs of the world. Since then, the club has welcomed Calvin Harris, Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero, Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, and Afrojack, among others.
Omnia features stunning light shows replete with radiant color, pulsating lasers, and LEDs. Moreover, the club welcomes you to a dedicated hip-hop space, Heart of Omnia, on Sundays and Tuesdays. That is to say, the venue presents decadence in a delicious format with cushy daybeds, usually sprinkled with beautiful couples, stripper poles for ambitious party-goers, and private bungalows for a more intimate setting.
Moreover, the night swims continue through the winter as the club sets up a vast climate-controlled dome to maintain the tropical atmosphere. Palm trees and sea sculptures flank attendees, creating a festive, maritime ambiance ideal for a head-banger to enjoy a night of dance. The club has booked top EDM talents such as Diplo, Kygo, Major Lazer, RL Grime, David Guetta, and many more.
In short, this is the best place to fuse the indoor/outdoor experience with just a touch of naughty. EBC at Night is housed in the Wynn Las Vegas on South Las Vegas Blvd. Check out the events for EBC at Night and Encore Beach Club at wynnsocial.com.

On the subject of big, we should mention the Hakkasan nightclub, MGM’s gem on the Strip, boasting a vast 80,000 square feet of dance floor. Owned by the same group that created Omnia, Hakkasan is a nightlife paradise, featuring a massive grid ceiling that covers the entire dance floor and vibrates or even morphs in tune with the music.
At Hakkasan, luxury abounds with VIP areas, private booths, gigantic LED screens, one of the most powerful sound systems, and stunning special effect shows. Additionally, the place features a top-level restaurant experience featuring internationally acclaimed Cantonese cuisine.
