This track is leaving behind a body count. Jesse James and Swisher Sleep, hard-spitting artists out of Seattle, have come together before to create some heat with the track “Hot Boy.” But, something about their new track, “Homicide (remix),” feels different. Confident, clear, lyrical, everything you need to completely murder a beat. Keeping it simple yet potent, no flashy post-production work or auto-tune. Just a dope beat and doper bars that’ll knock you on your ass like Kimbo Slice.
Keeping it creative, the set-up for this music video is on some Bad Grandpa shit. Opening with our two artists in old-person cosplay and the grandson running up to have a nice wholesome weekend. Wholesome, if that includes having his first beer and just gooning it up until it’s time to go back to mom’s as her “little angel.”
Jesse James x Swisher Sleep – “Homicide (remix)”
If you’re a fan of Tech N9ne and Strange Music, you’ll like this “Homicide (remix).” With the skills being displayed here. I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see at least one of these guys work with the Midwest king in the future.
