Oshay Glover is a prolific creative that hails from Skyway, Washington. Glover is an artist, painter, and dabbles in stage design as well. His latest project entitled HELLWALKERS is a streetwear brand that’s aiming to embody a type of “no fear” mantra. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil,” comes from Psalm 23. I think Samuel L. Jackson would be proud.
Each of the brand’s items will only be produced in small batches of 300, 50, or 10. Oshay wants each article of clothing or item to have an aura of luxury and exclusivity, but not without the quality and a sense of productivity. Oshay studied the likes of Kanye West, Marc Jacobs, and Phoebe Philo as other artists occupying influential positions in the fashion industry.
Oshay takes a lot of pride in HELLWALKERS line, he personally oversees every order and handwrites a letter to every customer.”I believe these pieces are more than clothes and accessories, I would describe them as live art pieces with a message,” he explains.
The pieces themselves have a simple, colorful, and wild aesthetic. Purple and orange tigers, red cobras, yellow wolves, and astronauts are just a few of the designs you’ll find. Some jackets have a ’90s style starter jacket feel to them, where other pieces have more of a luxury feel to them. The initial line also includes a set of racing-inspired wear and even has a fully functional MX motocross helmet that keeps you safe and fresh on the track. Each piece includes its lot number displayed boldly.
So I really make it my mission to get items to youth at risk. Who are truly interested just to let them know they don’t gotta do crazy stuff to get what they want they gotta be Patient, disciplined, and determined.

On top of making sure at-risk youth get their hands on dope gear, promoting social causes — Oshay has future plans that include pop-up fashion shows and linking with college athletes for sponsorship deals.
