Bacon’s Buds is one of those brands that budtenders routinely recommend to me. After I finally took the plunge on their Bonkers strain, I was hooked. Now their Grape Milkshake strain has found its way into my head stash and it’s another great example of this brand’s ability to produce quality weed.
Their labeling relays a ton of information in a small amount of space. Their logo is a mountain/forest that shows a night sky of indica strains and a sunny daytime sky for sativa strains, which is one of the more clever indica/sativa indicators out there. It’s also nice to know some of this purchase will help support wildlife conservation.
The best part of slicing through the label and cracking open the jar was the juicy grape terpenes that came wafting out. There were strong skunk and woody notes in there as well. This strain is a spitting image of a Cookies and Cream strain with its rocky texture and indigo highlights on the tips of each flower.
This strain’s effects were just as surprising as its aroma. A strong relaxing wave hits you quick and strong, but once it fades, what followed was much more pleasant. A relaxing focus took over and let me get to work for the rest of the afternoon.
While less experienced cannabis users should leave this potent strain on the shelf until the weekend, daily users will find a lot to like about this strain. It’s relaxing and focused, which bodes well for mundane tasks, chores, and jobs.
