The Golden State Banana Strain Puts Respect On The “Exotic Cannabis” Title

Labeling something as “exotic cannabis” is a risky maneuver. Setting high expectations can lead to sour results if the final result isn’t completely on point. Synergy Cannabis grew a Golden State Banana strain that absolutely lives up to the exotic cannabis designation.

Obviously the weed is inside the jar is the most important part, but a beautiful label doesn’t hurt. Shimmering yellow and green with simple banana graphics and bold font make this jar stand out. Not only is it colorful, but incredibly readable. The best detail can’t be found until the jar is open. The inside of the label is covered in $100 bill graphics depicting a banana wielding monkey.

The flowers are small and rocky. Each bud has a unique lumpy shape and is sticky to the touch. Sour tropical fruity notes permeate your nostrils, with the sour terps following through the most while smoking. After smoking a few bowls the fruity flavors became more apparent.

The high was a slow build. With one bowl leaving me pleasantly drowsy, but loading up a second and then a third left me pondering life while staring at the ceiling. You can absolutely feel the 35 percent cannabinoids this strain touts.
