Juice Radio’s Freshest in the NW panel puts the homie Luck One at the number 9 spot. Luck made the move to Harlem, NY earlier this year and is most likely the reason he slipped to number 9 (from #4 last year). The panel brought up that Luck’s previous album ‘King of the Northwest II‘ was amazing and his show in Portland a few weeks ago was literally shut down by the police.
