Portland’s TOPE rolls in on Juice Radio’s Freshest in the Northwest top ten list. TOPE has had a major year grinding with solo release’s as well as music with his TxE brethren. The amount of quality music mixed with his show schedule and TOPE’s merch game, definitely has him ahead of a lot of artists in the region.
