The Do-Si-Dos and The White are two classic strains known for their potency and appeal. Because of their status as quality strains, it’s no surprise that one of California’s most respected cannabis brands, Ember Valley, combined the genetics of these two plants to create their frosty hybrid: The Do Si White.
In this official West Coast Weed Tour Review, Respect My Region’s Erin Lapsansky tells us everything we need to know about this popular strain.
First Impressions
The appearance of the Do Si White speaks to the two strains that make up its genetics. White trichomes cover the bud, a signature of The White which gives the flower its name. There are so many of these glittering trichomes that Erin could see pieces of it left on her table and fingers. In addition, purple hues reminiscent of the Do-Si Dos strain can be found all over the nug.
Erin’s first whiff of the Do Si White brings the aroma of melon and ripe fruit. This smell is typical of the Do-Si Dos strain. Because of her familiarity with the two parent strains, Erin figured the flavor would be indicative of The White and Do-Si-Do. What she got, however, was a bit more unexpected.
One-Hit Review
Erin’s first hit of the Do Si White brought the surprising flavor of apples. This flavor profile was not what Erin had expected, however she still thoroughly enjoyed it.
The Ember Valley strain has potent effects, and will potentially give the smoker a high fit for relaxed creativity. The growing structure of the strain and the overall experience led Erin to give the Do Si White a score of 8.2 out of 10.
