DJ Khaled is in full promo mode in support of his 12th album Khaled Khaled. Debuting at number 1 on Billboard earlier this month, he’s been consistently dropping music videos for every banger on the album. This includes “Thankful,” “We Going Crazy,” “Let It Go,” “Popstar,” Sorry Not Sorry,” and “Every Chance I Get” (also featuring Lil Baby.) In the new visuals for “Body In Motion” featuring Bryson Tiller, Lil Baby, and Roddy Ricch, Khaled takes us on his luxury yacht for a wild day party. Bikini-clad women and expensive bottles are seen throughout the video. Joseph Kahn lent smooth direction to the flick.
Each of these music video releases is basically a celebration of his success. “Body In Motion” is no different, and might be one of his more decadent efforts to date. The music video comes following the release of his visuals for “Let It Go” featuring Justin Bieber and 21 Savage. Instead of paying tribute to Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore, “Body In Motion” is just a straight-up party.
Khaled Khaled
Bryson Tiller comes in flawlessly on the hook. He croons lines about being drunk and turning up with a beautiful woman. Lil Baby takes the first verse, letting loose his usual barrage of bars. You’ll find Roddy Ricch hop in next, melodically serving up sensual lines about the allure of a baddy. Tiller finishes out the three-course meal of catchy line delivery, accentuating each phrase with ethereal harmonies. You find Khaled at the helm of the yacht, naturally, steering the vibes. He yells positive affirmations at a beautiful woman at the end before reminding us he’s given us “Anotha’ One.”
Watch the video below and see why DJ Khaled is at the top of his game right now. He can’t be denied as one of the most affluent producers of the past decade. “Body In Motion” features some of the most in-demand artists currently, and is a subtle flex all its own. By taking the party onto his yacht, he’s only given us a visual offering of what his success looks like.
