COVID-19 has also led to adopting safe and supportive pick-up services. Delta 9 now offers a complete online reservation system. This now includes approved curbside delivery service. Delta 9 is currently the only dispensary in the city that is allowing this parking lot pick-up service. Especially for high-risk patients, it is refreshing to know that entrance inside the building is optional.

However, the push for industry acceptance is still a day-to-day battle. “The hope is, given COVID19, medical marijuana will gain more industry respect and be seen more legitimately as a real medicine by the state government”, Cadogan says. There is work to be done as the medical marijuana limitations are heavy in the state of Pennsylvania. Delta 9 remains committed to expanding the still young PA Medical Marijuana program.
