Big Sean is sticking to his self-love, self-care, and mindful approach to life in his “ZTFO” video. Directed by Lawrence Lamont, Sean’s latest music video is an introspective look into his life. The visual finds the rapper at home in his multi-million dollar mansion in Beverly Hills practicing meditation and levitating. Seated in the lotus position, Sean Don ignores the low vibrations and finds that inner peace before disappearing into thin air.
The energy Big Sean is sharing on ZTFO is nothing new. During recent press runs, Sean has been forthcoming about his ongoing relationship with mental health and staying well. “[Meditation] helps with anxiety and depression, but it wasn’t doing anything for [my current mental state] so I knew it required some sort of special attention,” he told fans last year. “So what I did was, I started therapy … I got a good therapist. I was blessed enough to talk to some super spiritual people, and they made me realize one thing I was missing in my life and one thing I was missing was clarity.”
Big Sean’s “ZTFO” video is on the heels of the premiere of “Lithuania” with Travis Scott off Sean’s album Detroit 2, which debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.
Expect more videos from Big Sean. During a recent Twitter encounter with a fan, he shared there are plans for a music video for “Body Language.”
