For the third annual West Coast Weed Tour, we wanted to explore the world of cannabis wellness products. This year we found innovative and attention-grabbing products from all three states we went through.
Cannabis wellness products promote the holistic nature of the herb and its potential for healing humans and animals. Recreational cannabis sometimes blurs the much longer-standing medical market that exists in Washington, Oregon, and California.
We found each of these five winners to be effective and creative for this relatively newer category of products. Anyone currently succeeding in this category of the industry is surely deserving of the title of an innovator. With that in mind—these are five of your 2020 winners for Best Cannabis Wellness Product on the West Coast.
Papa & Barkley Releaf Tincture 90
Papa & Barkley are undoubtedly one of the most common names you’ll find for cannabis wellness products at dispensaries in California. With a full “releaf” line of lotions, topicals, tinctures, and bath bombs, many seek out their products for potential relief. We found their 1:1 Releaf tincture to be invigorating but not overpowering. This was an ideal tool for us to carry out our day and remain productive and worry-free. Joints and Bones – Gnome Serum 84
Joints & Bones by Gnome Serum reminded us of a CBD-infused Icy Hot. The minty smell and cool feeling on the skin gave us that initial reaction. We enjoyed the calming effect the CBD cream had after massaging it into problematic areas. The CBD seemed to up the anti-inflammatory effects that the lotion had overall, and the consistency of it wasn’t too oily.
Mobius – Delta 8 Transdermal Patch 82
Mobius brought something truly intriguing to market with their Delta 8 FlyRight Transdermal Patch. Delta-8 THC is a cousin to the popular delta-9 THC and offers less psychotropic effects. Delta-8 THC might provide anti-nausea effects while still giving you a high that isn’t too foggy. We found Mobius’ Transdermal Patch to offer a concentrated dose of delta-8 that was a pleasant addition to our day. The 50mg of Delta-8 wasn’t too overpowering, and we believe this might be one of the best products within the category of “wearable cannabis.”
Green Revolution – Remarkable Sublingual CBD Spray 76
Green Revolution is one of our favorite creators of sublingual cannabis products. Their products are now available in both Washington and California. We got our hands on their Remarkable Sublingual CBD Spray that had a pleasant flavor and quality experience. The lemony spray was refreshing on the tongue and the higher CBD-to-THC content kept the vibes mellow. Those looking for fast-acting edibles might enjoy picking up this products to potentially provide a quick boost to their day.
Science of Life Alchemy – Bacon Pet Tincture 68
The West Coast Weed Tour isn’t restricted to solely human products. There are several infused pet products entering the marketplace in Washington, Oregon, and California that we know consumers are curious about. We had to pick up Science of Life Alchemy’s Bacon Pet Tincture to see if it had our pup’s approval. Our resident canine representative was delighted by the bacon flavor and not blown away by the price. We only wish it had given us more information on the packaging or on their website.
