Phase 1 of the lineup was just announced last Friday and USC did not disappoint with artists 12th Planet, Aly & Fila, Audien, Brillz, Cedric Gervais, the Chainsmokers, Delta Heavy, Neelix, Seven Lions, and Zeds Dead filling the bill.
