In 2016, RMR & 1Take Studios worked with the Aston Mob to cover major events featuring the likes of DMX, Drake, Wiz Khalifa, Rae Sremmurd, Herobust and many other artists. Each event from the past year has had it’s own special moment but after this last weekend, it was clear that none of those events were as special as Aston’s recent night with DJ Illuminati Pieces.
Our team showed up to Aston and learned that DJ Illuminati Pieces was actually a young boy named Noah whose one wish was to be a DJ at Aston Manor. After drawing and sending in multiple pictures of the stage, the club’s logos and even self-portraits of him behind the turntables, the Aston team worked with Seattle’s police department and liquor control board to make sure Noah’s dream could come true just in time for Christmas!
The mob brough Noah on stage and hooked him up with pre-paid tuition to the Seattle DJ Academy along with a brand new Numark DJ controller and new headphones. These acts of kindness can often create moments in people’s lives that can inspire them for years to come. We encourage Noah to take advantage of his gifts so one day he can join us at the Manor for a night filled with intense drops and never-ending confetti.
Before I forget, the second major update coming out Sodo is about Aston being closed until their New Years Eve party on December 31st. The manor is going through ANOTHER renovation and will feature some exciting new improvements when they’re all finished at the end of the month.
