While many strains will do the trick when it comes to satisfying the average smoker, some occasions call for high-end cannabis. Maybe you’re celebrating some good news, or just want to elevate your night out. Either way, when you walk into a dispensary, you’re going to want to point to the top shelf. One strain that is perfect for these types of nights is the Carbon Fiber strain by K Savage Supply Co.
In this North American Weed Tour Review, we tell you everything you need to know about this high-quality strain and the brand behind it.
Behind The Brand
K Savage provides high-end products that aims to improve the world through the spirit of cannabis. In their words, the mission is to “explore unique and interesting strains, grow every plant to her full potential, carefully cure and hand-trim each bud for delivery to your favorite store.” Beyond the production, they hope that their consumers will harness the energy of strains like Carbon Fiber to bring good into the world.
The brand also does its own part when it comes to bringing good to the world. K Savage Supply Co is partnered with The Last Prisoner Project to help give prisoners convicted of cannabis-related crimes a chance to reclaim their life.
The Review
The Carbon Fiber strain has a complex lineage. The strain is made up of a triple cross between Cookies & Cream, Grape Pie, and Biscotti. All three parents are hybrids, with two out of three being Indica- dominant. Carbon Fiber contains about 21.6% THC.
The appearance of Carbon fiber is the first most notable aspect of the strain. Firstly, the nugs are a dark green/purple and are absolutely covered in frosty trichomes. The bud looks like it was dipped in a bowl of powdered sugar.
Secondly, the smell and taste are the next notable aspects of the strain. Carbon Fiber gives off a sweet, doughy, and creamy aroma. The flavor is similar with subtle hints of that sweet dough throughout.
Overall, the bud gives off an elevated smoking experience perfect for any occasion. This led us to give the Carbon Fiber a high score of 90 out of 100.
