Nixo Fortune continues his rise in Seattle making his presence known with another Fuego Gatsby original. After the successful drop of his thrilling banger “Leash,” he’s back again with a more upbeat and light track. “Latino Heat” is sure to get you grooving wherever you’re at.
In an almost School of Rock vibe Nixo and his homies take over the classroom for this video. Brining to life the joyful youth vibes expressed in how he delivers bars in his boisterous but also melodic way. Nixo’s style and sound is something we have highlighted before in our write ups of him. Straight-to-the-point delivery and crooning melodies have become his calling card.
“Latino Heat” is a nice switch-up from some of the darker themes we have been getting from Nixo. Of course, those elements still come out here and there in his new single. Most notably, you’ll notice a prominent cameo by his gothic mannequin head, Sasha. We first saw her in his music video for “Leash” now she’s become a part of the Nesse show. The dark, weird, and in some ways comical aspect of this is something Nixo revels in, how could you blame him? More eyes on your brand means more ears listening to your music.
Nixo Fortune is one of the more unique artists in the Seattle music scene. Not only because of his sound and different flows he will attack but also because he is truly an artist in the way he created his persona and creates content to build his platform.
