The High Road executes Order 66 and takes out the competition with their cut of the legendary strain “Death Star.” A cross of Sour Diesel and Sensei Star, Death Star and a beautifully relaxing body indica that has a taste with a hint of berries.
Another huge nug was in this jar so we are 3 for 3 when it comes to the bud construction and their consistency there. Their cure is also very solid, perfect for rolling up and easy to work with. Took my first hit with a bong getting a lot of that diesel taste with it, the hit was super smooth which has been the norm with The High Road leading me to believe they have a very good and clean process.
Once I moved over to the joint I got a much clearer hint of that berry taste I was expecting going into it. The high has one of those slower onsets so at this point I’m starting to feel the first bong rip a little more. Definitely feel my shoulders lowering and am getting more relaxed in my chair which is one of my favorite feelings to get when smoking.
Overall the Death Star has been my favorite from The High Road scoring a 7.8 out of 10. If you go back and look at the the other strains we have reviewed from them you will see this is right on par with the other strains. High Road has proven so far to me to be one of the most consistent farms on the market without being a major hit to the wallet.
With one more strain to review from them, I saved the best for last as I will be reviewing their most popular and high selling strain. This is the one I’ve been dying to get into and I am excited to share my experience. Let us know what you think of the first three strains in the comments below!
