Finally, 30 Deep Grimeyy is getting the attention he deserves. “Loose Screw” is one of his latest tracks with a feature by Lil Baby. Already with a million views within the first week, it stands out as one of Grimeyy’s standout bangers. The instrumental is icy, classy, and dumb as hell. The drums pump throughout the whole playtime, keeping up danceable aggression that drives the piece. Grimeyy doesn’t let the beat go for a second, keeping his flow in every spare piece of the instrumental he can find. Chorus or hook, he drives the track forward relentlessly.
However, once Lil Baby gets on the track “Loose Screw” gets smooth. His delivery dribbles onto the track as dense as Grimeyy, but way more relaxed. The feature changes up the mood as a welcome switch from the packed first half of the song, but it doesn’t last long. After Lil Baby stays the perfect amount of time he is welcome Grimeyy breaks back into the track, wrapping it up with a final chorus and verse. Grimeyy’s never been the man to let a song go.

While I avoided mentioning in my earlier review of the whole project, “Loose Screw” is my favorite song off Grimeyy 2 society. The chorus shows Grimeyy at maybe his most infectious, all of the verses go hard, and Lil Baby drops a really approachable feature. Not only is this a deep enough track, but it’s perfect for parties. It’s built for bumping.
“Ramen in that slamma, now it’s steak on my plate,” Grimeyy spits on “Loose Screw.” He’s out the struggle. Likewise, the video is true grit, absolutely nocturnal, and decked out with weaponry. Murdaa pops in for his regular cameo, and bars come out. If you aren’t convinced, peep these bars:
