After almost not happening due to permit difficulties, the High Times Cannabis Cup SoCal will be making a strong return. This year’s festival will be in San Bernardino at the National Orange Events Center. Ice Cube will be headlining the festival.
High Times wasn’t the only festival that ran into issues as there hasn’t been a single sanctioned cannabis event thus far in SoCal.
The High Times Cannabis Cup is a competition that puts the best cannabis products against each other to determine the best of the best. Musical acts, brands, and other vendors will also be at the festival educating and selling products.
They have already secured the first permit needed for the festival. Festival organizers are currently navigating their way through the permit process to allow for the consumption and sale of recreational cannabis to adults.
