#NWNightlife: Vote for DList Magazine’s 3rd Annual Seattle Nightlife Awards

I don’t drink, or party, or abuse any sort of illegal substances. But when I do, I have a really good time and end up with an epic story.

Now you can honor the people, places, and events that helped turn these drunken nights into stories that you can’t tell your mother. Voting for the 2015 Seattle Nightlife Awards is now open until May 27 and you can vote on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to ensure that your favorites win.

This is your chance to pay tribute to the bartender that put the right amount of tequila to that AMF, to the club where you twerked your ass off, the strip club where you fell in love for the eighth time, or maybe the music festival that changed your life.

For me, some of these choices are easy. I really don’t hit the clubs that often, but if I do, I’m going to either Aston Manor or Foundation Nightclub for my EDM fix. Event of the Year, in my opinion, goes to Paradiso Festival because raging at The Gorge is the greatest Pacific Northwest pasttime. Furthermore, Jason Woo has taken some of the best Paradiso photos (and event photos in general) that I’ve ever seen. As the Promotions Specialist for Déjà Vu Gentlemen’s Clubs, I have to advocate for all three of our nominated clubs, Dreamgirls, Showgirls, and Little Darlings. And not to shamelessly promote myself, but I may or may not have a never-ending stack of free passes to the strip club pouring out of all crevices of my body.

I need some help deciding who to vote for in the other categories. Like I said, I don’t ascribe to the partying lifestyle and any substance abuse is done in the comfort of my Tinder matches’ houses; so I couldn’t tell you who my favorite cocktail server was. Help me out by letting me know who to vote for in the comments. Then follow DList Magazine to find out who won!
