TOPE Rocky links up with fellow Portland all star Dizz on ‘Rocky.’ This is one of the more upbeat jams from his recent Broke Boy Syndrome project. “Never yelling on the track like Dj Drama.” TOPE has continued to advance his craft over the years, we are excited to see what he has to offer this coming year. He’ll be one to watch in 2015 and into 2016.
