7 Reasons Why You Should Be At Paradiso 2015

No matter what Live Nation or USC Events provides for us attendees, the success of the entire weekend depends on maintaining the proper level of crazy that Paradiso is sure to bring out of the Pacific North West. People are going to get crazy and we want to encourage responsible partying when possible. Every year I see more changes enacted specifically to take care of festival-goers and I am growing more and more excited to see what additions USC Events will bring out to The Gorge this June. There are plenty of reasons as to why people should attend this incredible festival. Great music, incredible artists, and the possibility of having the best weekend ever are among among my top reasons why someone should head out to Paradiso 2015.

Check out my top 7 reasons for attending Paradiso 2015 down below!

1) Paradiso 2015 could be the best weekend of your life. USC Events pride and joy is this festival and they’ve put countless hours into providing the entire region with the most incredible three-day PARADISE experience.

2) That lineup tho! Skrillex x Armin Van Buuren x Big Gigantic x Alesso (plus about a billion other incredible acts). I’m most excited to see Big Gigantic play his saxophone live and am also lowkey pumped to see Skrillex chain-smoke stoges up on stage while slappin’ straight filth.

3) Best Venue Ever: The Gorge (‘Nuff said)

4) Variety of Dance Music: 100+ song playlist featuring music from Paradiso 2015 artists.

5) So many BEAUTIFUL people! (Oh wait, that’s just me and my roomie Jake ScottyWing). We work alongside USC Events as part of their special fx crew. You’ll find us blowing confetti at two of the stages out at Paradiso!

7) That #NWravebooty Doe! (#thighgap x #faketan x #chilloutbrah). Do us all a favor and don’t take advantage of people who are clearly intoxicated.

*****8) We see people using drugs out at every single festival we go to and we know people will not stop using them to amplify their experiences. Whether you’re out at The Gorge or in downtown Seattle, marijuana and a variety of pills, tabs, powders, etc are everywhere and readily accessible. It is time people start to use both safely. We DO NOT condone drug usage but as adults we recognize that it is going to happen. If you’re going to smoke a bunch of blunts or joints out in the sun, it is very important to stay hydrated! If you’re going to be on ‘molly’, ecstasy, acid/lsd, adderall, shrooms, or even some research chemicals for 3-4 days straight, stay EXTRA hydrated and get your $hii TESTED. Your body needs water to survive and doing any kind of drug or smoking any kind of herb, cigarette, or even ciga-weed is going to dehydrate you more quickly out in the hot sun. We understand there are different types of drugs, some more welcomed than others and some that are extremely dangerous and addictive.

Please keep a look out for people who look like they need help. You could be the person who saved someone’s life or the person who watched someone die. #UNITY is extremely important at these events. If one person goes down, we all take the hit. #FamilyOverEverything has never been more important and it is time that the Pacific North West leads the rest of the dance music community by example.
