Pretty Lights’ Yahn Dawn Festival Reveals Daily Lineups And New ‘A Trip Thru Time’ Experience

Pretty Lights’ Yahn Dawn Festival Reveals Daily Lineups And New ‘A Trip Thru Time’ Experience

Pretty Lights is turning the second edition of Yahn Dawn into something much bigger than another weekend in the Colorado mountains. Following its inaugural gathering, the artist curated festival will return to Meadow Creek in Buena Vista, Colorado, from September 18 through September 20 with an expanded three day format. There will be newly revealed daily lineups, single day tickets, and a weekend spanning Pretty Lights experience called “A Trip Thru Time.”

Inspired by Pretty Lights‘ new album, A Trip Thru Time Fantastic will take fans through different eras of the project’s history across multiple performances. Instead of delivering three completely disconnected headlining sets, Pretty Lights will use the weekend to trace the sounds, songs, and ideas that have shaped the project over the years. For longtime fans, that means Yahn Dawn 2026 is becoming an opportunity to experience the evolution of Pretty Lights in a way that would be difficult to recreate during a traditional festival set.

Pretty Lights Takes Fans On “A Trip Thru Time”

Fans with Thursday Early Arrival passes can arrive September 17 for an intimate opening ceremony led by Pretty Lights alongside founding member Michal Menert. The performance will focus on the origins of Pretty Lights and serve as the starting point for the weekend’s chronological concept.

From there, the story will continue across three nights of Pretty Lights live band performances.

Each headlining set will explore different periods within the project’s catalog, moving through fan favorites, deeper cuts, and eventually material from A Trip Thru Time Fantastic. The idea creates an interconnected experience where each night becomes another chapter rather than simply another opportunity to see the band perform.

The Soundship Space Bus concept will serve as the vehicle for that journey, tying together the history behind the music with the project’s current creative direction. It’s an ambitious idea, but one that feels especially appropriate for Yahn Dawn. The festival has always been designed around Pretty Lights’ community rather than simply placing the band’s name above a large lineup.

Friday Brings LP Giobbi’s Dead House To Meadow Creek

Friday’s lineup opens the weekend with a wide range of electronic sounds while maintaining the festival’s psychedelic atmosphere.

LP Giobbi leads the day’s supporting lineup with a special Dead House performance, her project that reimagines the music of the Grateful Dead through house music. The combination should feel right at home within a Pretty Lights curated weekend, connecting classical psychedelic music with contemporary dance production.

Mikey Thunder will bring his own left field bass influences to Friday, while Maddy O’Neal arrives with her MADHAUS project.

The opening day will also feature Midicinal, Faceplant, TheBusiness, and R!AHT before Pretty Lights continues the first full chapter of “A Trip Thru Time.”

Saturday Goes Deeper Into Bass

Saturday shifts the festival toward heavier low end sounds and underground bass music. Emancipator will perform with his full ensemble, bringing an organic and instrumental element to a day otherwise filled with bass focused artists.

Thought Process will switch things up with a liquid drum and bass set, while Pheel and WeSelects bring underground dubstep and lo fi bass into the mix.

Shooka, Underlux, Parrott, and Dark City Agent round out Saturday’s supporting lineup.

The variety gives the second day its own identity without feeling disconnected from the wider Yahn Dawn experience. Pretty Lights has long pulled inspiration from hip hop, bass music, funk, soul, and electronic experimentation, and the lineup reflects many of those same influences.

Gramatik And RJD2 Lead Sunday’s Supporting Lineup

Sunday closes Yahn Dawn with two artists whose presence feels especially fitting for a Pretty Lights curated event.

Gramatik will bring his blend of electronic production, funk, hip hop, and bass music to Meadow Creek, while instrumental hip hop pioneer RJD2 adds another important dimension to the final day.

Saturna will also perform Sunday alongside Homemade Spaceship, TF Marz, Mithridates, Mondokoosh, Pants, and Hyperspace Sky.

Several of those artists will be making their Yahn Dawn debuts, allowing the final day to continue the festival’s emphasis on discovery before Pretty Lights brings the weekend’s musical journey to its conclusion.

Yahn Dawn Expands To Three Days In 2026

Beyond the music, one of the biggest changes this year is Yahn Dawn’s expansion into a three day festival. Returning to Meadow Creek places the event back within the Collegiate Peaks of Buena Vista, giving the festival a setting that plays an important role in its overall identity.

Yahn Dawn isn’t attempting to recreate a massive urban electronic festival in the mountains. Its focus remains on building a smaller community driven experience where the environment, music, art, and people are all connected.

That philosophy will continue in 2026 through expanded wellness programming, live art installations, and additional experiential elements throughout the festival grounds.

Single Day Tickets And Camping Options Are Available

With the daily lineups now revealed, fans who can’t attend the entire weekend will have the option to purchase single day admission. For those planning to experience the full festival, Yahn Dawn is offering GA and VIP weekend passes with several customizable accommodation options. For more information, click here.

Attendees can add Thursday Early Arrival, pre set glamping accommodations, RV access, or parking depending on how they plan to experience the weekend. VIP passes include an exclusive merchandise package and first entry into the venue.

The VIP Total Fascination Package expands the experience even further with a pre-set Luna Bell tent, complimentary Thursday Early Arrival, and access to an exclusive campsite positioned for easier entry into the festival.

That Thursday access will be particularly important this year for Pretty Lights fans who want to experience the complete “A Trip Thru Time” concept from its beginning. For more information on tickets and passes, click here.
