West Hollywood’s cannabis community is getting another reason to come together this August as The Artist Tree prepares to celebrate its anniversary with an invite only party featuring cannabis brands, creators, media personalities, and industry figures from across California.
The Artist Tree dispensaries Anniversary Party takes place Friday, August 21 from 6 PM to 9 PM at The Artist Tree’s West Hollywood Lounge. Located at 8625 Santa Monica Boulevard, the consumption lounge sits above the dispensary and has become a unique part of the West Hollywood cannabis scene by combining cannabis, art, events, and a social lounge environment.
The anniversary celebration brings that community driven approach together for one night with an impressive collection of participating brands and special guests.
Maha Haq of Dabby Hour, Adam Pain and Paul Christmon of Proper Doinks TV, Adenia G, and Joey Brabo of Respect My Region are all featured as part of the evening.
For attendees, the party also creates an opportunity to connect directly with people who are actively involved in cannabis media, content, education, and culture while celebrating another year for The Artist Tree.
Celebrating The Artist Tree in West Hollywood
The Artist Tree has developed its identity around doing more than operating a traditional dispensary. Its West Hollywood location combines retail with an upstairs consumption lounge where guests can legally enjoy cannabis products while spending time in an environment built around art, entertainment, and community.
The company describes the space as part creative studio, part social club, and part gallery, with cannabis products available to enjoy inside the lounge.
That approach has also allowed the location to become a regular destination for cannabis events.
Throughout the year, The Artist Tree hosts everything from brand tastings and product showcases to live DJ events, art shows, watch parties, and other community gatherings. The anniversary party continues that direction while bringing several recognizable California brands into the same room.
The August 21 celebration will be invitation only, adding a more intimate industry element to the evening.

Dulzé Brings Award Winning Mango Chamoy Gummies to the Lineup
Dulzé is another brand worth paying attention to at the event, especially following a major recognition in 2026.
Founded by cannabis chef Mike Moya, Dulzé has built its identity around Mexican inspired flavors and Moya’s cultural background. The brand has produced flavors including Horchata, Chili Watermelon, Margarita, Piña Colada, and Mango Chamoy, with recent additions, Strawberry and Cucumber Lime, while establishing itself within California’s competitive edible market.

The recognition is especially notable considering the scale of the competition. The 2026 California Cannabis Awards evaluated hundreds of entries across categories including flower, pre rolls, cartridges, concentrates, beverages, wellness products, and edibles.
For Dulzé, the award adds another accomplishment to a brand already known for bringing Mexican inspired flavors and identity into California cannabis.
