Best From Around The Northwest – September
Aim Brimm – Put Her On The Team
The Sunnyside bully is potentially one of the best street rappers in the entire Northwest and easily one of the best rappers out of Yakima…PERIOD!

Thaddeus David – The Rise: Intro
This record is crazy. Aviel Ben Yamin and Thaddeus connected on this banger. The sample work is absolutely beautiful with some bouncy drums and smooth mixing on the vocals.
Rasheed Jamal – Zuzu’s and Wam Wam’s
Rasheed Jamal made a slapper with this cut. I’m still unsure what Zuzu’s and Wamwams are but I’m singing along regardless…
Tre Redeau – Doja ft. Dizzy Wright
Portland’s Tre Redeau put out an awesome project with The Kool Aid Mixtape, this is one of the high profile cuts curtsey of the Dizzy Wright feature.
Raz Simone – Oh Lord
Possibly Jake Hills best work I’ve seen and a clear Raz Simone favorite of mine, Oh Lord is flat out DOPE. This record has substance but still moves with energy and gives me that head nod coupled with a slight Mac Dr disgusted Thizz face.
Donte Thomas – Been That
Portland young gun, Donte Thomas has some heat up his sleeve. I’ll let the rest of you wait until the project drops!
Rob Sims – Riding Smooth
Rob Sims has been doing it for a minute, this was my stand out track off his Clearview EP that came out this month.
Huey P – Fright Night
Huey P is buzzing all over Seattle. His upcoming Dj Drama hosted ‘206253’ is sure to turn some heads. Dude has talent and hunger, Seattle may have a new flag bearer soon.
Brainstorm – All Day
The ever consistent Brainstorm lets loose of a new record. He’s been behind the beats lately but steps to the mic and doesn’t disappoint.
If you’re mad you or your homie isn’t on here…you either aren’t that tight, you don’t send us your/their music, or I haven’t gotten around to opening the email. Either way if any of these guys get shine, its good for the rest of the region. When you realize that and hit share, the movement will start!
